other حق شهر و فضاهای عمومی شهری <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">حق به شهر شامل تعلق یافتن و مشارکت در امر شهری است. تعلق یافتن به شهر با حرکت در شهر، حضور در آن، احساس آرامش و داشتن فضاهای مناسب برای خود ممکن می &shy;شود، در حالی که مشارکت در شهر با دخالت داشتن در سیاست‌گذاری‌های شهری، تصمیم &shy;گیری در مورد مسائل فضایی، کالبدی و اقتصاد شهری و مالکیت و کنترل بخشی از این فضا ممکن می&shy;شود. این نوشتار با استفاده از چهارچوب نظری ارائه شده توسط هانری لوفور تلاش می&shy;کند نشان دهد که فرایند‌های زندگی روزمره در شهرها به دلیل بهره&shy; مند نشدن انسان‌ها از حقوق خود و تضعیف فضاهای عمومی دچار اختلال شده است.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; بخش مهمی از فضاهای شهری را فضاهای عمومی تشکیل می‌دهند. منظور از فضاهای عمومی آن دسته از فضاهایی است که عموم مردم به آن‌ها آزادانه دسترسی دارند و هدف از آن‌ها فراهم ساختن تعاملات اجتماعی و احساس آسودگی شهروندان است. مقاله حاضر کوشیده با تحلیل روندهای فضاهای عمومی به تصویری از حق به شهر دست یابد.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; در سال‌های اخیر شاهد خصوصی شدن فضاهای عمومی شهری هستیم؛ بدین معنا که در طی سال‌های اخیر در نتیجه برخی تغییرات اقتصادی-‌اجتماعی، هم تولید فضا و هم کنترل فضا به دست بخش خصوصی افتاده است. مواجهه با فضا به عنوان یک کالا سبب خصوصی شدن این فضاهای عمومی شده است. با توجه به ماهیت چند‌بعدی چالش‌های پیش روی شهرها، مدیریت خردمندانه فضاهای عمومی شهری مستلزم توجه به چهار بُعد به هم مرتبط است: تنظیم کاربری‌ها و مدیریت تعارض بین نحوه استفاده‌های مختلف از فضاهای عمومی، تعریف و اجرای نحوه حفظ و نگهداری این فضاها، سرمایه‌گذاری در فضاهای عمومی، و در نهایت هماهنگ‌سازی مداخلات بخش‌های مختلف در فضاهای عمومی.<br> &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Right to the city is composed of appropriation and participation in urban affairs. Appropriation is realized through&nbsp;movement in the city, presence in it, comfort feeling, and having&nbsp;proper spaces. While urban participation is possible through&nbsp;being involved in urban policy-making, decision-making for physical and spatial issues, urban economy, ownership and&nbsp;control of urban spaces. The present paper with the use of&nbsp;Henri Lefevbre seeks to explain how the urban everyday life is affected by not being able to use the public spaces.&nbsp;An important part of urban spaces is the public space. Public&nbsp;spaces are those spaces which public have access to them, and&nbsp;their purpose is to pave the way for social interactions and make&nbsp;people comfort. The present study analyzed the current trends of public spaces in order to assess the right to city. During the last few years, the privatization of urban public&nbsp;spaces has occurred. In other words, due to some socio-economic&nbsp;change, both the production of space and control of space have come to the hand of private corporations. Commodification of space has caused the privatization of public spaces.
