other تغییر آب و هوا، تهدید صلح و امینت جهانی: رویکرد جامعه شناختی <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">امروزه اهمیت مساله تغییرات آب و هوا به حدی جدی است که گیدنز در همان ابتدای کتاب <em>سیاست‌های تغییر آب و هوا،</em> در اهمیت مباحث مربوط به تغییرات آب و هوا و پیامدهای آن می‌نویسد: این کتاب در مورد بختک‌ها و فاجعه‌هاست. پیامدهای ویرانگر مداخلات انسان در محیط زیست، امنیت انسانی گسترده اسکان بشر را به چالش کشانده و بحران محیط زیست را در جایگاه مصادیق امنیتی چند لایه برکشیده و تعادل محیط زیست را آشفته کرده است. با اهمیت یافتن مساله تغییر آب و هوا&nbsp; از دهه 1980 به بعد، تعریف جدیدی از امنیت ارایه شد که بر این اساس، علاوه بر ابعاد سنتی امنیت، تهدیدات غیرسنتی نیز مانند رکود اقتصادی، بی‌ثباتی سیاسی و اجتماعی، رقابت‌های قومی و کشمکش‌های سرزمینی، تروریسم بین‌المللی، پول‌شویی، قاچاق دارو در حوزه مخاطرات انسانی به واسطه تنش‌ها و فشارهای زیست‌محیطی برخاسته از آن‌ها به مثابه جستارهای امنیتی تفسیر شدند. تنش‌های محیط زیست در قالب تخریب محیط زیست به تعارضات خشونت‌بار اجتماعی انجامیده است. زمانی که منابع دچار رکود و نابودی شوند امور اقتصادی، اجتماعی و پویش‌های جمعیتی دچار نابسامانی شده و زمینه تشدید کشمکش میان گروه‌های وابسته به این منابع فراهم می‌شود. این مقاله جنبه‌های امنیتی و تهدیدی تغییر آب و هوا برای صلح بین‌المللی را مورد بررسی قرار داده و برای این منظور، آراء جامعه‌شناسان شهیری همچون الریک بک، آنتونی گیدنز و جان اوری در رابطه با تضاد و تغییر آب و هوا مطرح شده است. با یک نگاه جامعه‌شناختی نیز آسیب‌های اجتماعی تغییر آب و هوا و گروه‌های در معرض خطر آن مورد توجه قرار گرفتند. در خاتمه مقاله، برخی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌هایی که تحقیقات آتی باید به آن بپردازند به مخاطبان و علاقمندان معرفی شده است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In his book, Policies of Changes of Weather in the World, Anthony Giddens sets forth the idea that, today,it should be clear that global changes in weather is similar to other disasters and presents adversity that threatens all life&nbsp;on the earthy. Human intervention and different government&nbsp;interference accompanied invasion of nature and violation and destruction of natural diversity present significant evidence of&nbsp;crisis. The key emergent shape of this intervention is global warming. This crisis has spread to all extents on local, national&nbsp;and international levels. Harrison thinks this crisis is rooted in a style of life as a social habit like food habit that develops without any warning in advance like an acute and deadly&nbsp;illness. Observing the key signs of this crisis, the changes&nbsp;and redefinition of public security on all local, national and&nbsp;international levels is vital and requires immediate action in this respect. This is able to prevent the world from future clashes&nbsp;and conflicts over territorial issues, ethnic competitions and so&nbsp;forth. This is considered important considerations in terms of&nbsp;violence and aggression in the world.
